Approvals at each stage
Scope and working arrangements are adapted to the engagement. These stages describe a proposed method: timing, responsibilities and deliverables are specified in the proposal. Important decisions and open assumptions should remain visible to support informed trade-offs.
Prepare for continuity
Documentation and access are scoped before development. Delivery planning should also cover acceptance, relevant backups and rollback conditions. Maintenance can then be organised as a separate scope or as a continuation of the engagement.
